Mental Resilience Workshop
This is an 8-week program where you will learn about causes of stress, anxiety, depression, food for thought, improve EQ, power of your thoughts and how to optimise your brain. It will help you improve your mental performance and emotional health. It may also help you to understand more about the people you care for in your home.

If you’d like to learn more about the program before joining, we warmly invite you to attend our free information session. ‘Thriving Mentally in a Stressful World’
We will explore a holistic bio-psycho-social-cultural-spiritual model of thriving mentally in our stressful times. This evidence-based and practical approach will be helpful for all who are trying to cope with today’s demands without experiencing the burnout or mental breakdowns that affect so many today.
Presenter: Dr Horatio Selagea
MD, MP, Advanced Trainee Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr Selagea is currently in the final stages of his psychiatric training, with specialty training in child and adolescent psychiatry. He has a passion for holistic mental health, incorporating not only mainstream biopsychosocial psychiatric interventions, but also lifestyle and spiritual factors.
